Order Confirmation:
Rest assured, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and chosen shipping method right after placing your order. Double-check your address, as changes are tricky once it’s on its way!
Processing and Shipment:
We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it’s on its way. Backordered items might take 2-4 weeks, and sometimes, pre-orders, backorders, or personalized items might arrive in separate shipments.
Where We Ship:
Currently, we bring the beauty of India to addresses across the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories), excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We’re excited to announce we now ship to Canada too!
Shipping Costs:
For US orders, standard shipping is $6.95 for under $49 and free above. Expedited options are available. Canadian friends enjoy a flat rate of CAD $20 for expedited shipping, or free on orders above $150 for a limited time!
Taxes:
Don’t worry, applicable sales taxes for your location will be clearly shown on the Order Summary page for both US and Canada.
Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If not, eligible full-priced items can be returned within 14 days and sale items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Detailed return instructions are available on our website.
Returning After 30 Days:
Please note, returns after 30 days of receipt aren’t eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping:
Typically, you’ll cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or faulty. In such cases, we’ll gladly guide you through the process.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Experience team within 48 hours of delivery via phone at 442-222-1123 or our convenient chat window. We’ll make it right!
Gift Returns:
Gifted items can be returned with the original receipt for store credit.
Restocking Fee:
Please note, a $10 restocking fee for US returns and CAD $20 for Canadian returns applies regardless of your chosen return method and will be deducted from your refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
For hygiene and customization reasons, intimate apparel, jewelry, personalized/custom-made products, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty. Exceptions are listed on the product page.
Exchanges:
We currently don’t offer exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
Receiving Your Refund:
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada won’t be refunded.
